Do you ensure that the equipment are original and genuine?

Absolutely! We are first offering our reputation and credibility to you, and then the equipment. All the equipment are from our partners who have passed a very rigorous quality test from our side before empanelment. We ensure that only top quality equipment reach you at all times.

Will you deliver to any location in India?

We have currently launched in selected locations and around 100 Kms of their radius for better customer service. We will be expanding soon to other locations.

These locations are entire Maharashtra, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Coimbatore.

Are the prices listed on your marketplace negotiable?

Since the amounts payable on the site are large, how am I sure that my money is safe?

We are a 100% subsidiary of Origa Lease Finance Pvt Ltd, which is Reserve Bank of India registered NBFC. Thus rest assured that we have the highest form of compliance and regulatory oversight. Your money is absolutely safe – whether its paid in full or paid in part! We build trust. We will never compromise it for short term gains.

Will you provide servicing for the equipment that you are selling online?

If the service is included in the price, it will be transparently mentioned. We separately sell service packages for some of the equipment.

What is your take back policy if the equipment delivered is damaged?

We will ensure that if you receive a substantially damaged equipment, the OEM/ vendor will replace it at no extra cost of transportation. However, we request you to kindly keep the necessary papers and photos in place to demonstrate the damage on receipt.
